Hallway Track

The talks are over. The hallway is open.

Closed Door

What happens in the hallway stays in the hallway. This page says exactly what we keep and who can see it.

What we keep

  • The registration record: email address, badge name, birth date, gender, a hash standing in for the password, and whatever you put on your lanyard page.
  • Your threads and the short notes each speaker keeps about what you were stuck on.
  • Cookies, two: one for the session and one that records the badge check was passed.
  • Payment records show the sum and the transfer reference, nothing else. Cards are never accepted, so none reaches us.
  • Normal server logs, deleted after a short while.

Who reads it

Each message goes to a language model that writes her side, hosted on our own equipment or at a supplier hired for that single job, and to an automatic safety screen. Other attendees never see your threads, nothing is sold and no advertiser has access.

Headcount

A basic counter tracks how many people turn up and roughly where from. It cannot read your messages.

Your options

Every thread has its own controls for the speaker's notes, for a copy and for clearing. To close the whole registration, write from the address you used. Where your country's law adds rights, ask and they apply.
